Strawberry Watermelon Popsicles

When it's peak summertime, here's your popsicle!

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen or fresh (hulled) strawberries
  • 2 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup
  • juice of 1 lime

Equipment

  • cutting board and knife
  • measuring cups and spoons
  • blender
  • popsicle mould and sticks

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle mould, fill 3/4 full. (Don't forget to put the popsicle sticks in!)
  3. Freeze for a minimum of 6 hours or until frozen.
